TRAVEL

We have a travel agency service available to book your travel. By using this service, we can coordinate transfers and be aware and monitor any unexpected flight issues. The agency will cater to your preferred airline carriers. Please find the agency information below. You are responsible for the cost of your flight. All other expenses are covered by your registration fee.

If you choose to book your flight independently, please refer to the below regarding when you should schedule your flights:

  • For those that are participating in the Golf Tournament on Tuesday, June 15th, we suggest you arrange your flight into the Redmond Airport to arrive before 4:00 PM on Monday, June 14th and schedule your departure flight anytime on Friday, June 19th.
  • For those who are attending the standard Summit events, we suggest arranging your flights arrange to arrive in the Redmond Airport before 4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 15th and schedule your departure flight anytime on Friday, June 19th.

Airport Transfers

Our team will arrange group transfers to and from the The Pronghorn Resort based on your flight information. As mentioned before, if you choose to use our agency, it will ensure that we have up-to-date information on your flight in case of delays. If you choose to book your own flight, we ask that you send us your flight information and any changes as they happen.

Hotel

The Energy Disruptors Summit is being held at The Pronghorn Resort. If you registered to participate in the Golf Tournament or Oregon Adventure, your registration fee will cover the 4 nights of hotel (Monday, June 14th – Friday, June 19th). If you are not participating in the tournament, your registration fee covers for 3 nights hotel (Tuesday, June 15th – Friday, June 19th).

You may opt to arrive early or stay longer to enjoy the quaint town of Bend, Oregon, the full-service resort hotel offers elegant accommodations and unparalleled service. Additional night’s stay are at your own expense.

*Please note that the nightly rate from Sunday, June 16th – Tuesday, June 24th will be $339.00.
